Spread over 90,000m2 in central Vienna and encompassing 60 cultural institutions, the MuseumsQuartier Wien is one of the largest districts for contemporary art and culture in the world. In 2023, it will be the central point of contact at VIENNA SHORTS for the first time.

During the day, the Festival Center at Raum D and in the adjacent Haupthof is the meeting point for accredited visitors and venue for Industry Talks. During the festival, Haupthof is also home to the Milieukino, a truck converted into a mobile cinema by Odeon director Max Kaufmann. Here, for a discounted admission of € 5, political programs, among others, will be shown and all competition programs will be repeated. Live performances are held in the Ovalhalle, while open-air events are
organized as contingency plans in case of inclement weather.
