The films at THIS IS SHORT can be seen in the main program as well as in the “windows” of the six festivals—in addition to us, those are the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen (DE), Go Short (NL), Short Waves (PL), IndieLisboa (PT) and the Uppsala Kortfilmfestival (SE). In the VIENNA SHORTS Festival Window, European short films from previous festival editions await you. To kick things off, there are five short films about volcanoes & eruptions under the title Volcan, Vulcão, Vulcano from our Current Comments section, Scandinavian thrillers and horror films in Nordic Nightmares from our Late Night section and the short film Green Screen Gringoby this year’s Artist in Residence Douwe Dijkstra, including a Making Of.
