As part of our Young Cinema program, this year's Festival Wednesday is the dedicated Coming of Shorts Day, tailored for young people aged 13 and over. In collaboration with Kino und Krawall, the youth film club at Stadtkino im Künstlerhaus, we've curated two exceptional short film programs. In Walking On The Moon embark on a journey to fantastical realms, juxtaposed with the reality of the present moment. Meanwhile, Mo(u)rnig delves into the complex emotions that accompany the dawn of a new day: moments of beauty, sadness, love, and loneliness, all infused with a sense of hope for a brighter tomorrow. Come evening, join us for a lively celebration for both young and old, themed RATATA at Celeste! And remember, everyone under 18 receives one complimentary ticket per screening (subject to availability), and admission to the party (18+) is free for all.
