Guillaume Martinez grew up in Cairo and Mexico City and attended a school in Instanbul. He studied languages with an emphasis on law and economy in Poitiers. Afterwards, he studied screenwriting and directing at the Institut International de I’Image et du Son in Paris for three years. He has also worked as radio presenter.
