Eight international films about the quest for free spaces in confined areas and the emancipation of internal and external compulsions.

Various ways of cinematically approaching the topic of love: the six films include a Lithuanian parable about privacy and surveillance, a tragicomic teenage love story from Spain, a slightly different take on found footage, a comedy about the difficulties of finding a partner, a strange encounter in the night and last but not least: a short melodrama from Poland, which is nominated for the Student Academy Award.
