Animation film at the University of Applied Arts Vienna
.
Hubert Sielecki has been leading the studio for experimental animation film as part of the masterclass for painting, animation film and tapestry, lead by Christian Ludwig Attersee at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, for 25 years. The studio was founded in 1982 by painter Maria Lassnig. Since then the pictorial-experimental kind of animation film that originated here as a free artistic medium, has established itself as a film d'auteur. We will be showing an eclectic selection of works from the last years.
