Golden Shorts – The Short Film Award of the City of Vienna
The Golden Shorts, the Short Film Award of the City of Vienna, went to:
Marc Schaus for Quelque chose en O (B/F 2006)
Additionally, there was an Honourable Mention by the jury for:
Florian Grolig for weiss (D 2007)
Awarded to the best film of the international competion by a jury, renumeration: EUR 2.000,- .

ray Audience Award
The ray Audience Award of the international competition went to:
Astrid Rieger for Apple On a Tree (D 2005) and Mammal (D 2007)
The Austrian film magazine ray donated an audience award for the best / most popular short film. The award goes to the director of the film and is a voucher of EUR 1.000,- for post production at the studios of the multimedia production company ZONE (Vienna - Bratislava).
Panorama
3 Short Film Award - Panorama Audience Award
The audience decided about the three most favored films of the Panorama section. The three winners get EUR 333,- each, donated by Hutchison 3G Austria.
